Mary Ann Turner Chart

Description

This listing is for the chart for Mary Ann Turner, a Scottish sampler in my collection.  The chart includes instructions, color legend, stitch diagrams, and stitch count.  The color legend includes DMC with a conversion to AVAS Soie d’Alger.  Twenty different colors are used and the chart indicates which colors use multiple skeins.  The model was stitched on 26 ct Mayflower Mocha by R&R with Soie d’Alger.  Stitches used include Cross stitch over two, Cross stitch over one, Algerian Eye, and Backstitch/Double Running Stitch.

Stitch count:  172W x 276H

If stitched on 36 ct, the sampler will measure 9.6″ x 15.3″ and will be almost the exact size as the antique.
